The AV Products team designs the in-room meeting experience at Amazon, an over 400 million investment, to connect Amazonian’s around the world.

• Worked with AWS AppSec team to onboard 3rd party cloud vendors for internal use
• Created a Call Quality Log API to collect millions of logs & room analytics from AV hardware devices for dashboard reports (CDK + python + typescript). IT Ops teams now rely on this data for fleet health reporting and has given them the ability to troubleshoot technical call issues 98% faster querying for call logs in a unified database.
• Collaborated with IT support & leadership to create a CLI tool to automate tasks with third party cloud API systems. Worked with the vendor directly to improve their APIs and docs.
• Collaborate with vendors on testing hardware products for conference rooms, bug escalations and roadmaps for future features.
• Document everything. Threat models, tutorials, wikis, change management processes etc.

Provide Telecom services to over a million Amazon employees, managing a global fleet of linux servers, databases and phone hardware.

• Role included daily usage of AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, ECS, DynamoDb, RDS, Redshift, ElasticSearch, Route53, ALB/NLB, and cloudwatch alarming
• System design, CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure as code (Cloudformation, AWS CDK) and operational support of our systems
